CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN x CHIDY WAYNE
AN INTIMATE DINNER HOSTED BY CHIDY WAYNE AND A CREATIVE COMMUNITY CONNECTED TO THE MAISON’S UNIVERSE.
Christian Louboutin aimed to establish a distinctive brand territory in Madrid, capable of connecting its artisanal heritage and creative universe with a culturally aligned community. The Maison trusted FABRA to develop a special dinner hosted by Spanish-Guinean artist Chidy Wayne, bringing together key figures from the worlds of art, design, and friends of the brand through a concept that went beyond the traditional hospitality format. The goal was to create an experience where the brand was present without imposing itself, connecting art, gastronomy, and community through an intimate, curated, and culturally relevant setting.
The venue was transformed into a natural extension of Chidy Wayne’s work: a living environment in progress, where the artwork was not displayed but seemed to be happening in real time. Rather than recreating a stylized studio, the space was conceived as an authentic extension of the artist’s practice, with visible materials, unfinished pieces, and instinctive compositions inviting guests into the creative process. At the center, an imperial table built with wooden boards and trestles functioned more as a working surface than a traditional dining table. The experience was completed with a gastronomic proposal by Michelin-starred chef Alejandro Serrano, prepared in an open kitchen and conceived as another part of the evening’s creative journey.
FABRA led the event end-to-end, overseeing concept direction, full production, coordination, PR outreach, guest management, and onsite execution, carefully balancing sophistication, authenticity, and creative process. The result was an intimate and memorable experience through which Christian Louboutin strengthened its relationship with Madrid’s cultural scene and created a deeper connection between the brand, the artist, and its guests. An activation that positioned the Maison within a contemporary conversation around art, creativity, and shared experiences.
